29/10/1898: Lucien Reulos
On the 29th October, Lucien Reulos, the man who helped Méliès convert R. W. Paul's projector into a camera, filed a patent for his Micrograph, a machine that used film with a reduced width of 21mm. No evidence of a working machine appears to exist, and Reulos would play no further part in the history of the cinema. [ADD]
