North Korea's New Film Commission

North Korea’s Central News Agency reported that the country’s first National Film Commission would be housed within the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly and overseen by President Kim Jong-Il, a well-known film buff.   All film-related operations in the country were previously run by a team within the Culture Ministry.
