The awards ceremony for the 54th BFI London Film Festival took place at London's LSO St Lukes, home of the London Symphony Orchestra, on the evening of 27th October 2010.   Awards were presented by jury chair Patricia Clarkson (Best Film), Andy Serkis (Best British Newcomer), Michael Winterbottom and Olivia Williams (Sutherland Award), and Stephen Daldry (BFI Fellowship).   Also present at the ceremony was Martin Scorsese, who delivered a tribute to the BFI National Archive on its 75th anniversary.
